V-760-CFR spectrophotometer

V-760-CFR is a double beam spectrophotometer with a double grating monochromator covering the wavelength range of 187-900 nm. Unlike similar instruments which use a premonochromator and main monochromator, V- 760-CFR incorporates two fully symmetrical monochromators. This unique optical design provides higher resolution with extremely low stray light of 0.00008% which enables measurements of highly absorbing samples and is effective for filter measurements approaching 0%T.
