Three sample preparation methodologies were evaluated for 52 drug analytes. These methodologies were: supported liquid extraction ISOLUTE SLE+, polymeric reverse phase SPE EVOLUTE EXPRESS ABN and mixed-mode polymeric reverse phase cation exchange SPE EVOLUTE EXPRESS CX.
