This application note describes the extraction of 47 drugs of abuse from oral fluid matrix after sampling via Oral-Eze collection devices, prior to UPLC-MS/MS analysis. An effective and efficient ISOLUTE SLE+ protocol optimized for both 400 uL and 1 mL sample capacity column formats is described.
