This application note describes the extraction of 47 drugs of abuse from oral fluid matrix collected using the Intercept Oral Fluid Drug Test Kit (Orasure Technologies), prior to UPLC-MS/MS analysis. An effective and efficient ISOLUTE SLE+ protocol optimized for the 1 mL capacity column format is described.
